This couple dreamed of farmhouse but wasn’t a fan of the price tag attached. After receiving several bids from contractors they began to think this project would be more than they expected. On our first visit I made measurements and was able to quote them material cost, making sure the project would come in less than $10,000. We finished out at $8,000 all in. The clients had a few hurdles to jump but at the end said they wouldn’t change a thing. They are in love with the final product and making plans for the rest of the home. PRO TIP: It’s always worth consulting a designer before starting your project. They will be able to take your vision, budget and other variables and give you the viable options. Options that you may of never known existed.
